Three houses on one shared plot: Ermis, Poseidon and Apollon. Syros Houses brings the character of a traditional Syros home into a contemporary holiday stay, with thoughtful spaces and a shared garden. Our holiday homes are located in Poseidonia on Syros, in the Cyclades, Greece.
All three houses are planned to open together in spring 2028. Reservations are not yet open.

Poseidon takes its name primarily from Poseidonia, Syros (Cyclades, Greece). A holiday home in a three-house complex, planned to open in spring 2028.

The design includes provisions for smoke and leak detection and controlled access.
The final equipment and amenities will be confirmed before opening.
Local character, modern comfort
Traditional Syros architecture, natural materials and discreet technology shape the design. The aim is a peaceful holiday setting and a good balance of comfort, quality and price. Rates have not yet been announced; value for money will be assessed against the final amenities and booking terms.
